The School of Choice application form may be found under the Registration page at www.hanoverhorton.org, or you may stop in to pick up a form at the Administrative office at 10000 Moscow Rd, Horton from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

The grade levels and number of openings available at this time are as follows:

Young 5’s – 5 openings                                   6 – 10 openings

K – CLOSED                                                     7 – CLOSED

1 – CLOSED                                                     8 – CLOSED

2 – CLOSED                                                     9 – 5 openings

3 – CLOSED                                                     10 – 5 openings

4 – CLOSED                                                     11 – 5 openings

5 – 5 openings                                                 12 – CLOSED

Students may be put on a waiting list if a particular grade level is currently closed.
