Home of the Comets

We are the home to nearly 400 students in grades 9-12. With a wide array of courses and several extra-curricular offerings, we strive to help our students become the best that they can be. If you have any questions about any of our programs, please feel free to contact us. The office™ phone number is (517) 563-0101 or you may email the principal, Isaac Cottrell. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
We have many different methods for you to use in order to stay up to date with all that we have going on. You can also follow us on Facebook for updates throughout our district; simply search for Hanover-Horton School District. Our morning announcements, also called the Daily Bulletin, are available by following this link. Athletic schedules and updates can also be found by clicking on this link.
We are proud of where we have been and are excited about where we are going. We look forward to collaborating with our parents and community in order to continue offering our students the best educational experience around.

Hanover-Horton Community Service Club

Welcome to the Hanover-Horton Community Service Club’s web page! The  H-H Community Service Club was formed in the fall of 2006 by Hanover-Horton Alumni Lauren Fournier, whose dedication to helping others and desire to make a difference in her community, inspired so many others to become involved…and to make a difference. What began with 9 members has blossomed into a record enrollment this year of over 50 students!
This website is designed to keep members and parents up-to-date on our latest events and activities. Watch for the date to be posted on the website, and also check for it in the announcements. Our members do an awesome job organizing and working the drive. We also really appreciate all of you who donate blood.
If you are interested in joining, listen to announcements and watch our page for upcoming meetings. We are making a difference!

Year Book

The 2015 yearbooks have arrived. We will be distributing them during lunch on Wed, September 23, 2015. After that day they will be available in the high school office. There are a very limited number of unsold books from 2015; they will be sold for $55 until gone. 2015 graduates will be able to get their yearbooks at homecoming, September 25, during the Varsity Game and before that dance between 9-9:30 at the high school. After that they will be available for pick up in the high school office during business hours.
The 2015-2016 pre-order sale will be starting soon. The books are $55.00 and checks can be made payable to Hanover-Horton. There will not be extra books available in the fall, so don’t miss your chance! Drop off payment and form (link below) in the high school office will be available soon. Yearbooks can also be purchased online by clicking on the bottom link (available soon).
Parents of seniors, show your graduates how proud you are by placing a “Proud Parent” spot in the back of the yearbook. These are first come, first served.
Lastly, yearbooks are still available from years 2005 and 2008 – 2014. These are priced at $20 each.
For more information on any of the above items, please contact Mrs. Ellison at Robin.Ellison@hanoverhorton.org. or 517-563-0101 ext. 405 or Principal Cottrell at Isaac.Cottrell@HanoverHorton.org or 517-563-0101.

National Honor Society

National Honor Society members are inducted in the fall (see Membership Requirements) and throughout the following two years take part in several group activities, while fulfilling their 4 service hours per month.
