SCHOOL : Hanover-Horton Elementary School
POSITION : Instructional Aide
6.5 hours per day,
Three days per week
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/CONDITIONS
- Complete at least two years of study at an institution of higher education (equal to 60 semester hours); or an associate’s degree (or higher); or ETS Parapro Assessment
- Perform academic skills at 12th grade level
- Computer knowledge
- Ability to work well with staff, students, and parents
- Work as a team member
- Independently carry out responsibilities
- Ability to maintain discipline within the guidelines of the district rubrics and policies
- Ability to maintain a safe, secure environment
- Follows school policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality
- Background check/fingerprinting on file
